What is the delivery time of my order?
Currently most items have a delivery time between 1-5 working days. The vintage products have a delivery time of 1-14 working days.
The macies dresses have a delivery time of up to one month. This is because it is a pre-order. The macies dress green has a delivery time of 1-5 working days
You will receive a live tracking code as soon as your order is on its way!
Can I return my order?
Yes, that's possible! You can return your order to us within 14 days of receipt. Check our return conditions for more information. The jewelry and vintage clothing cannot be returned.
How do I return my order?

I have not received a confirmation email, what now?
Sometimes our mail ends up in your spam. So check this first. Don't you have an email here either? Then we may have an incorrect email address for you. Fill in the contact form so we can help you!
I entered my wrong address, what now?
If you have entered a wrong address or if you still want to have it delivered somewhere else, it is best to email us. We can make changes to your address until your order has been shipped.
I have received a defective item
We check all items carefully, but sometimes it can unfortunately happen that an item is delivered defective. In this case, send an email with a photo within 72 hours of receipt. We will then help you further.
