Delivery

Our products will be shipped within 5 working days. Except for vintage clothing, which will be shipped within 14 working days. The macies dress has a delivery time of max. one month. The macies dress green has a delivery time of 1-5 working days. The macies bag has a delivery time of approximately 2.5 weeks. The macies love sweaters have a delivery time of max 2 weeks.
Return
Is the product you ordered not quite what you had in mind? Unfortunately, but that can happen. Register your return with the form at the bottom of the page and create a shipping label via this link: https://www.dhlparcel.nl/nl/consument/pakket-verzenden  We must have received the return within 14 calendar days. (Don't forget to add the # before your order number). A maximum of 2 products can be returned per order. Keep this in mind.
We will refund the purchase amount of the ordered items to your account within 11 working days after arrival.
 Vintage clothing and jewelry cannot be returned.
Macies collection can be returned.
exchange
You can of course also exchange your item for a different size. That is not a problem at all! Register your exchange return by filling in the exchange form at the bottom of this page and mention your name, your order number and the product.
After you have registered your exchange return, we will ensure that you can order the right size (provided it is in stock with us or can still be ordered).
Return items
Returns are accepted provided they are in original undamaged condition, free of (smoke) odors and unworn. Macies reserves the right to refuse returns at all times. The costs of return shipment are for the sender. As soon as we have received your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 11 working days.
If the product has been worn or damaged, we cannot take it back.
Once labels have been removed, we cannot take back the product.
Bikinis can only be returned if they have been tried on with underwear underneath for hygiene reasons!
